Fight Week Customs is operated by NORMA'S CLOSET LLC. These terms apply to every order. By sending an order, you agree to them.
Every order is designed and printed for you. Because we can't resell custom shirts, the refund and cancellation rules below are stricter than for off-the-shelf goods.
We send a digital mockup, usually within 48 hours of receiving your photos. One round of changes is included. Additional rounds are $25 each. Approving the mockup confirms the design, spelling, names, dates and layout exactly as shown. We print what you approve, and we are not responsible for errors in an approved design.
Prices are per shirt and depend on quantity (minimum 20). Shipping is added to your order. Payment in full is due after you approve your design and before we print. Florida sales tax is added to orders shipped to Florida addresses where required.
Orders needed in hand in under 14 days are rush orders and cost 25% more on the shirt subtotal. We confirm whether we can meet a rush date before you pay. If we can't, you can move your date or cancel at no charge.
Orders usually ship 7–10 days after approval and payment. These are estimates, not guarantees. If we can't ship within the time we told you, we'll let you know, give you a new estimate, and offer you the choice to cancel for a full refund.
You can cancel free of charge any time before you approve your design. After approval, you can cancel until printing starts; we refund your payment minus the cost of any blanks or transfers already purchased for your order. Once printing starts, orders can't be cancelled or refunded. If your shirts arrive misprinted or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint the affected shirts or refund them.
Colors on screen can look different from ink on fabric, and blank sizes can vary slightly between brands and batches. These differences are not defects. Follow the care instructions to keep prints lasting: wash inside out, cold, and don't iron the print.
You confirm that you own the photos and content you send, or have permission from the photographer and anyone pictured to use them on merchandise. You agree to cover any claims, costs or damages that result if that isn't true. We may refuse any content, including other companies' logos or trademarks (such as promotion, league or sponsor logos) unless you show written permission, and anything hateful, obscene or unlawful.
If you leave "Feature my shirt in Fight Week drops" ticked, you allow us to show your finished design, name and sport on our website and social media. You can change your mind any time by contacting us, and we'll remove it from our site and future posts.
We ship within the US with tracking. Check your address carefully; we aren't responsible for orders sent to an address you gave us. Once the carrier marks a package delivered, responsibility passes to you. If a package is lost in transit before delivery, we'll file a claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed event.
Fight Week Customs is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any fight promotion, league, sanctioning body or athlete unless we say so.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.

This policy explains what Fight Week Customs, operated by NORMA'S CLOSET LLC, collects and how we use it.
The details you enter when you order: your name, email or Instagram handle, sport, the date you need your shirts, shirt quantities and sizes, design notes, and the photos you upload. When you pay, your payment provider processes your payment; we don't receive or store card numbers. We collect your shipping address when we arrange delivery.
Only to design, produce and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone except the services we need to run the order: our order form provider, payment provider and shipping carrier.
We use your photos only to create your design, and we delete them after your order is printed. If you opted in to being featured, we keep images of the finished shirt, not your original photos.
We keep basic order records (name, contact, what you ordered and paid) as long as we need them for taxes, accounting and support.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law) by replying to any email from us or messaging us on Instagram at @fightweekcustoms. We'll respond within 30 days.
Orders must be placed by someone 18 or older. A parent or guardian can order for a younger athlete.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
